Bookings

Room are decorated with care. The bathroom contains a sink and a shower, with good contant warm water. The toilet on the room is seperated or in the bathroom. The hotel has 3 types of rooms, varied in size:

• Type family room for 3 or 4 persons, window at the north side, size is 22 square meters.
• Type big room with balcony, window at the south side, size is 20 square meters.
• Type big room without balcony with an extra big bathroom, window at the south side, size is 20 square meters.
• Type small room, window at the north or south side, size between 12 til 16 square meters.

Book and cancellation policy Hotel le Genépy

• With booking by website we ask a pre payment of 40%.
• Cancelling till 8 weeks before arrival is equal to 15% of the total payment,
• Cancelling from 8 till 4 weeks before arrival is equal to 40% of the total payment.
• Cancelling from 4 weeks till the 5th day before arrival is equal to 75% of the total payment.
• Cancelling from 5 days before arrival till the day of arrival till “no show” is equal to 100% of the total payment.
• You can change your traveldates within the running season till 4 weeks before the day of arrival.
